This will unify ecological protection law enforcement responsibilities and teams, implementing unified ecological environmental protection law enforcement. Nationwide, through environmental monitoring law enforcement reform, law enforcement procedures have been improved, and law enforcement responsibilities have been strengthened. By providing effective on-site video materials, they can be used for case evidence collection afterwards. At the same time, they are small in size, easy to carry, and have a long standby time. 4G law enforcement recorders can also transmit on-site video in real time via 4G or WIFI networks. Every word and action during law enforcement will be transmitted in real time to the command center via the 4G network. The command center can issue instructions to on-site law enforcement personnel through the transmitted video, realizing real-time two-way remote audio-visual command and dispatch control. Full-process recording of law enforcement is an important system for deepening the promotion of law-based administration. By recording the entire law enforcement process, it is possible to comprehensively regulate administrative law enforcement behavior and strengthen supervision and restraint over administrative law enforcement powers.
