Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for pre-sales technical support work, including technical exchanges, project initiation, reporting plans, project bidding, and project plan promotion for the company's projects;
2. Responsible for analyzing relevant company products, industry hotspots, and key customer needs, providing basic support for market sales strategy development and project expansion;
3. Cooperate with sales to break through important industry customers and tackle projects, participating in customer visits and needs communication;
4. Cooperate to complete the accumulation and standardization of the company's plans and pre-sales knowledge;
5. Responsible for cross-departmental communication and cooperation, fully grasping user needs and product information, and following up on the implementation of product planning;
6. Responsible for technical exchanges with partner manufacturers, understanding the technological development trends of the cybersecurity industry, and providing customers with architecture consulting and project planning services;
7. Complete the work assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in computer networks, communications, electronics, network security, or related fields (candidates with excellent abilities may have their requirements relaxed), with more than 3 years of post-sales experience in the communications industry and more than 2 years of pre-sales experience, under 35 years old;
2. Familiar with network, data security, and industrial control security product knowledge systems, understanding the mainstream products and market layout of various security vendors, proficient in the knowledge of the national security standard 2.0, and having a certain understanding of domestic and international cybersecurity policies and standards;
3. Possessing good communication and presentation skills, able to independently conduct company and product empowerment training externally and conduct internal knowledge sharing for sales and teams;
4. Possessing strong writing skills, proficient in document production, able to write corresponding solutions for different customer needs;
5. Diligent, studious, responsible, strong independent work and problem-solving abilities, good teamwork spirit, possessing closed-loop thinking ability, and able to adapt to short-term business trips.
