Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with company products and software, and have a deep understanding of their applications;
2. Cooperate with sales personnel in pre-sales communication, product demonstrations, explanations, and testing; guide customer needs and write technical solutions:
3. Timely handle, coordinate, and resolve various problems with products, and keep records, feedback, and follow-up visits to improve customer satisfaction:
4. Collect customer suggestions on product function requirements; promptly feedback to the company's product or R&D department to facilitate product optimization and improvement;
5. Cooperate with the company in product demonstrations, publicity, and business trips for technical support.

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with network-related knowledge, and master certain network-related technologies and skills in judging and handling abnormal problems;
2. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, hands-on skills, and adaptability; able to adapt to business trips;
3. Possess good teamwork and service awareness; honest and upright, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Possess good communication and interpersonal understanding skills, able to communicate with customers on technology and guide needs; possess strong customer relationship handling, market analysis, proposal writing, and pre-sales demonstration video production skills;
5. Requires good execution and learning ability; familiar with Linux, Docker, databases, packet capture, etc.;
6. Junior college or above, computer, electronics, communications related majors.
