Job Responsibilities:
1. Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or Electrical Engineering related fields;
2. More than 2 years of experience in product hardware R&D project management;
3. Strong cross-departmental communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
4. Good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the preparation of technical documents such as product project hardware equipment indicators and construction schemes;
2. Responsible for writing product R&D process documents;
3. Responsible for user docking and requirement analysis of projects, conducting business analysis, and designing hardware solutions;
4. Responsible for the selection, customization, and acceptance implementation of outsourced products;
5. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with other departments to import internal product projects;
6. Support the software development team in quickly familiarizing themselves with hardware products.
