The Qinghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission's law enforcement department, in conjunction with local housing management bureaus and law enforcement teams, conducted a province-wide inspection of the real estate market. The Qinghai Housing Management Law Enforcement Detachment will gradually integrate housing management business with the Qinghai Urban Management Law Enforcement Department, delegating law enforcement powers to various subordinate institutions. It will focus on establishing law enforcement teams in five areas: agriculture and rural areas, culture and tourism, transportation, ecological environment, and market supervision and administration, and will equip them with culture and tourism law enforcement recorders, environmental monitoring law enforcement recorders, and market supervision law enforcement recorders. It will also assist in establishing other cross-field comprehensive law enforcement teams, equipped with 4G law enforcement recorders. The housing management bureau will be integrated into the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, and the law enforcement teams will also be unified. A law enforcement center focusing on housing and urban management will be established, or a comprehensive law enforcement center and a market supervision and administration comprehensive law enforcement center will be established, implementing a "5+1" comprehensive law enforcement agency, and gradually building a comprehensive reform measure for large-scale urban management.
