In accordance with the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department's "Notice on the Full Implementation of "Internet + Written Review" ", and to thoroughly implement the "Labor Security Supervision Regulations" and the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Promotion of "Internet + Government Services" (Guo Fa [2016] No. 55), Jiangsu's human resources and social security department has launched a supervision activity on law enforcement using body cameras. This serves enterprises while standardizing supervision and inspection, deepening the "delegation, regulation, and service" reform in the human resources and social security field, improving the efficiency and transparency of labor security supervision and law enforcement services, and fully implementing "body cameras + written review." Labor inspectors throughout the province have achieved full-process monitoring of business operations, promoting standardized law enforcement throughout the provincial human resources and social security system, and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in employing personnel. To maintain a fair, standardized, and orderly competitive employment environment and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the Jiangsu Provincial Labor Security Supervision Detachment conducted labor security law enforcement activities using body cameras at 30 human resources markets across the city. The human resources market order at the Jiangsu International Expo was cleaned up and rectified, with on-site rectification of important issues. Law enforcement officers strengthened the publicity of labor laws and regulations, reminding job seekers through face-to-face communication to seek employment through government public service institutions and human resources service institutions with human resources licenses, to apply for jobs at companies with business licenses, and to sign labor contracts. They adhered to a combination of standardized guidance and strict law enforcement. On-site docking with human resources enterprises was conducted to check for discrepancies in personnel and social security, and human resources service institutions were urged to make corrections. The use of body cameras in Jiangsu Province has played a positive role in preventing and reducing violations of labor security laws and regulations, ensuring and promoting the awareness of employers in consciously abiding by labor security laws and regulations. The use of body cameras in labor security law enforcement has effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of job seekers. By establishing a long-term mechanism and working with urban law enforcement departments wearing body cameras to form a joint management mechanism, further clarifying and detailing work tasks and measures, strictly implementing law enforcement responsibilities, and strengthening daily supervision through daily patrols and regular special operations, a good social environment is created for labor employment services.
