From September 9th to 13th, the Jinan Municipal Committee of the CPC organized a 2018 Jinan High-level Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent National Conditions Study Session in Shanghai. During the five-day study session, Chairman Cao Yongjun and his classmates from various industries learned about the patriotism and dedication of older generations of intellectuals; studied the spirit of the 19th National Congress, giving the spirit of patriotic struggle new contemporary connotations; and studied professional knowledge in enterprise management, emphasizing the combination of learning and application to ensure practical effectiveness. In particular, on the afternoon of September 11th, the study session visited the Shanghai headquarters of Tencent and the China headquarters of Ctrip. At Tencent's Shanghai headquarters, they learned about Tencent's people-oriented advanced concepts and effective methods in its HR function system, recruitment management, career paths, employee care, and corporate culture. At Ctrip's China headquarters, they gained an in-depth understanding of Ctrip's development history and technological strength, as well as the successful practices of a private listed company in strengthening party leadership to promote comprehensive development. After five days of training, Chairman Cao Yongjun stated that through learning and communication with entrepreneurs from across the city, he not only gained knowledge and strengthened friendships but also enhanced his patriotism, clarified his goals, strengthened his "four consciousnesses," and strengthened his "four confidences." From August 15th to 17th, 2018, the 10th China International Road Traffic Safety Products Expo, hosted by the China Road Traffic Safety Association, was held at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center. This expo, themed "One Belt, One Road, Transportation First," is the only expo in the traffic safety industry approved by relevant national authorities, supported by traffic management departments, and hosted by the traffic safety industry association.
