In 2021, China achieved a phased victory in fighting against the new coronavirus pneumonia. Under the premise of doing a good job in protection, all employees of Zhiye Electronics improved their physical fitness through spring outings and mountain climbing, enhanced team awareness and fighting spirit, and achieved emotional communication and cooperation among various teams.
The grouping of the activity breaks away from the existing organizational structure of Zhiye Electronics. In the activity, Zhiye family members need to complete all activities through teamwork, based on sufficient communication, coordination, potential mining, wisdom contribution, and self-display. The activity is divided into four stages: "New Year outing", "Happy team", "Food date", and "Birthday wishes", aiming to create a new atmosphere in the new year, enhance teamwork, exercise employees' strong will, and enhance team cohesion and centripetal force. In the activity, group mountain climbing on a 5.5-kilometer mountain road tempers employees' personal will and cultivates teamwork ability; happy transmission requires each member to be bold and careful, adopt appropriate strategies, encourage each other, and cooperate with each other; the blind array requires teammates to trust each other and coordinate consistently.
At noon, everyone completed the New Year outing and team-building activities and held a happy gathering. During the gathering, Chairman Cao Yongjun first summarized the opportunities and challenges facing the law enforcement recorder industry and clarified the goals and plans for 2021. Cao mentioned that 2021 marks the 13th anniversary of Zhiye's establishment. Under the effective control of the country, vaccines are being gradually launched. Zhiye's core task is to center on the sales of law enforcement recorders, achieve efficiency improvement for all employees, and achieve a new stage of enterprise development.
During the gathering, Cao also sent birthday wishes to five employees this month and personally encouraged them. Finally, during the gathering, first, second, and third prizes were drawn. After the gathering, everyone played bridge.
