Based on the pilot program in Huanggang Street, Hubei, urban management personnel are equipped with law enforcement recorders for real-time patrol inspections, creating an integrated 4G law enforcement audio-visual urban comprehensive management system with a focus on blocks, line responsibility, line coordination, and line-block linkage. Over 200 Zhiye 4G law enforcement recorders were deployed. Through law enforcement standardization and smart upgrades, the city's management level is continuously improved, the urban environment is optimized, and the satisfaction of the people's work and life is greatly improved, striving to achieve the creation goals and continuously promoting the new grid management model.

With the process of urbanization, the upgrading of smart urban management and law enforcement recorders has greatly improved urban management capabilities. In the entire process of urban management law enforcement audio and video, the 5G era of law enforcement recorders is promoting the arrival of "big urban management" and smart urban management.
