2024 China Security Expo: Jinan Zhiye Electronics' Single-Beidou Law Enforcement Recorder Wins Award Excellent Innovation Product Award
The 2024 China International Social Public Security Products Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Security Expo") was successfully held from October 22 to 25, 2024 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. This year's Security Expo, themed "Digital World, Universal Security," aimed to promote high-quality development in China's security industry and support the modernization of the national security system and capabilities.

This expo had a total of 132 participating companies and 286 products participating in the innovative product application activities. After the initial online evaluation and on-site expert review, ZECN's single-Beidou high-precision positioning law enforcement recorder won the Excellent Innovation Product Award due to its innovative technology and excellent performance. This law enforcement recorder is based on a domestically produced Beidou chip and integrates domestically produced chips, high-definition video recording, real-time positioning, and remote data transmission. It can accurately record the movements of law enforcement officers, ensuring transparency and fairness in the law enforcement process. Simultaneously, the device's remote data transmission function allows the command center to grasp the situation on the scene in real-time, thereby improving emergency response speed and law enforcement efficiency. At the Security Expo, this ZECN product received considerable attention and praise from numerous visitors and industry experts.
Jinan Zhiye Electronics also showcased its domestically produced trusted computing solutions, with several 4G and 5G law enforcement recorders using domestically produced chips. These devices not only meet the needs of domestic law enforcement departments for efficient and stable communication equipment but also significantly improve domestic security. Jinan Zhiye Electronics' law enforcement recorders also have powerful data processing capabilities, capable of transmitting high-definition video and images in real-time, providing strong technical support for law enforcement work. In addition, these products support multiple interfaces, facilitating linkage with other law enforcement equipment and improving overall collaborative combat capabilities. Driven by domestically produced trusted computing solutions, Jinan Zhiye Electronics' law enforcement recorders can conduct in-depth mining and intelligent analysis of the data collected, helping law enforcement officers quickly identify key information, improve case handling efficiency, and provide more precise decision support for law enforcement work.

At this Security Expo, Jinan Zhiye Electronics also launched its first security guard-dedicated mobile phone. This product integrates law enforcement recorder and mobile phone functions, achieving a perfect combination of portable law enforcement recording, integrated command and dispatch, patrol flashing warning, and instant communication. This phone not only has high-definition camera and recording functions but also has built-in powerful data and audio-video optimization technology to ensure interoperability with the security company platform information during law enforcement. Jinan Zhiye Electronics also equipped this phone with a large-capacity battery and fast charging technology to meet the needs of long-term work.
In addition, ZECN's various law enforcement recorders also demonstrate ingenuity in industry application design. Several devices were showcased, including a power supply service recorder for the power industry, a logistics audio-video recorder for logistics, a dual-recording recorder for the financial system, and an explosion-proof emergency recorder. These devices use a lightweight and portable design concept, making it easier for staff to be more flexible and agile when performing tasks, and enabling the perfect integration of task work orders, voice and video binding, and business scheduling.
During the Security Expo, ZECN also organized several product demonstrations and exchange activities, introducing to visitors the applications of portable smart audio-video equipment in various industries. Many professionals and potential customers in the security industry showed strong interest in the multi-scenario application products. They gave high praise to the performance and stability of the domestically produced law enforcement recorders and expressed strong interest in the innovative intelligent analysis functions. With the formal inclusion of full‑process recording in administrative law enforcement as a statutory requirement and the continued strengthening of workplace safety regulatory policies, 5G–AI body‑worn cameras and smart safety helmets—key visual‑perception terminals on the front lines—are rapidly gaining traction across sectors such as public security, urban management, market regulation, construction, power, mining, chemical industries, and emergency response. The industry is accelerating its transformation from “simple recording tools” to “intelligent sensing nodes,” with hardware capabilities, AI algorithms, and integrated platform solutions emerging as the core drivers of competitive advantage.
Don’t let trust be defeated by some vague, unclear detail.
A family member’s questioning triggered by a single nursing procedure, an unclear incident involving a child’s bump, conflicting accounts regarding a counter-service transaction, or the frustration of “no resolution after a home repair visit”... Misunderstandings and disputes in the service process often arise because details cannot be reconstructed and the sequence of events remains untraceable. Service staff find themselves unable to defend their actions, while service recipients harbor lingering doubts, leading to a gradual erosion of trust amid ambiguity.
Zhiye Smart Safety Helmet: Robust Protection, Intelligent Safeguarding
Morning light filters through layers of foliage as a little squirrel darts through the dense forest, conducting its rounds. Scaling hills and threading through thick woods, it must both identify potential hazards and confront the myriad unknown risks inherent in fieldwork. In vast, complex woodland areas, the ability to swiftly detect emerging dangers and promptly relay on‑site information is a major challenge for outdoor inspection operations. The Zhiye smart safety helmet, combining robust physical protection with all‑round intelligent safeguards, has become a dependable partner for safe inspections.
Today, service industries such as housekeeping, elderly care, childcare tutoring, and banking finance commonly face persistent challenges: opaque service processes, unclear delineation of rights and responsibilities, difficulties in post‑service traceability, and gaps in regulatory oversight—issues that can easily give rise to medical‑patient disputes, service‑related conflicts, and compliance risks. To address these industry‑wide pain points and comprehensively standardize offline service workflows while safeguarding the rights and interests of both providers and consumers, a multifunctional smart service recorder has emerged. With three core advantages—high‑definition recording, precise positioning, and ultra‑long battery life—it is designed to meet the diverse needs of multiple service sectors, ensuring that every interaction is thoroughly documented and fully traceable.
At the inspection site, inspector “Little Squirrel” was checking the operating status of equipment when he accidentally brushed against a junction box, causing the surrounding lights to go out instantly—a sudden power outage that plunged the entire work area into darkness. With no handheld flashlight and high-voltage equipment nearby, every second of obscured vision posed risks of missteps, collisions, or operator error. Just then, he raised his hand and lightly tapped the button on the front of his safety helmet, and a beam of bright light shot forth from the brim, steadily illuminating the path beneath his feet and the equipment panel before him. This isn’t a scene from a movie—it’s a real‑world scenario that can unfold during power‑grid maintenance, tunnel inspections, or nighttime construction‑site patrols. And that “light‑emitting safety helmet” is none other than the Zhiye Smart Safety Helmet.
