Beijing Landscape and Forestry also records the entire process of administrative law enforcement. For special major safety supervisions, especially on-site enforcement activities such as sealing and seizing property or forced demolition, full audio-visual recording must be implemented using landscape and forestry law enforcement recorders. Concurrently, the entire process of landscape and forestry law enforcement, including initiation, investigation and evidence collection, review and decision-making, and delivery and execution, will be video-recorded throughout using law enforcement recorders.
