Recently, the Gansu Provincial Government, in response to a large number of problems in the standardized law enforcement of urban management across the province, has promoted cross-border joint law enforcement, forming a standardized urban management system centered on 4G law enforcement recorders, which has been well received by the public. This urban management law enforcement recorder system establishes a flat, normalized daily patrol and law enforcement mechanism integrating services, management, and law enforcement, relying on the "12319" smart urban management information system platform, and establishing a long-term comprehensive management system with unified provincial leadership, municipal leadership, and county-level assessment. The Provincial Urban Management and Law Enforcement Supervision Bureau will also guide the inspection and law enforcement work in the provincial housing and construction field, organize and implement urban and rural planning inspections, conduct inspections of illegal and irregular issues in the housing and construction field, and propose handling opinions; it will exercise the provincial administrative penalty powers in the housing and construction field, including urban and rural planning, real estate market, housing security, housing provident fund, construction market, standards and quotas, engineering quality and safety, building energy efficiency, and urban construction, in accordance with the law, and be responsible for investigating and handling major and cross-regional cases in the above-mentioned fields.
