In order to strengthen the governance of urban environmental sanitation in various districts across Shanxi Province and severely crack down on illegal nighttime construction that disturbs residents, the bureau is promoting the construction of a community-based grid digital urban management system equipped with urban management law enforcement recorders to improve standardized law enforcement. Through 4G law enforcement recorders, real-time on-site processing of remote digital urban management is achieved, enabling rapid response and improving work efficiency and the rapid response capabilities of the urban management team. The promotion of 4G law enforcement recorders solidly advances the "Double Excellent, Double Creation" work in various districts. The Shanxi Urban Management and Law Enforcement team, in conjunction with district environmental monitoring, comprehensive governance, urban construction, transportation, and police station departments, conducts special law enforcement rectification of phenomena such as street vending, private occupation of green spaces, and unauthorized construction throughout the district. During on-site joint law enforcement, urban management and environmental monitoring personnel wear law enforcement recorders and 4G law enforcement recorders. Through remote real-time sculpting, remote supplementary points, remote monitoring, remote positioning, and electronic fences, 24/7 duty is achieved. Through 4G law enforcement recorders, shift work is implemented to ensure that there are urban management personnel for emergency communication in various law enforcement areas in Shanxi, achieving a rapid response to urban law enforcement. Through the intelligent business functions of the urban management law enforcement recorder, "24/7" management of law enforcement personnel is achieved, allowing for immediate rectification upon discovery of problems.
