The National Symposium on the Intelligent Construction of the Political and Legal System and the National Exhibition of Technology, Equipment, and Achievements of the "Snow Bright Project" for the Intelligent Construction of the Political and Legal System, hosted by the Legal Daily, the organ newspaper of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, was held at the China International Exhibition Center from July 26 to 28. Zhiye Electronics was successfully selected as one of the top ten solution providers for the intelligent construction of the national political and legal system for its "Single-Soldier Audio-Visual Intelligent Command Terminal" project to solve difficulties in enforcement at the Intermediate People's Court of Sanming City, Fujian Province, and was invited to participate in the exhibition, showcasing its achievements in intelligent justice, court command, and police command solutions in various fields.

Zhiye's intelligent solution invited to participate in this achievement exhibition uses the "intelligent law enforcement recorder" as the core terminal hardware, relying on the 4G intelligent single-soldier video command platform. Through the advantages of facial recognition, real-time image transmission, facial comparison, and ultra-long battery life of the intelligent law enforcement recorder, it solves the problem of difficulties in enforcement. Zhiye's facial recognition law enforcement recorder was particularly well-received at this achievement exhibition. This year, the country has been accelerating the construction of the Snow Bright Project. With the improvement of facial recognition technology, facial recognition technology has been successfully applied to the Snow Bright Project. We have been thinking about whether we can implement facial recognition on law enforcement recorders, turning each law enforcement recorder into a mobile facial recognition terminal. During daily recording, automatic capture, automatic upload, and automatic recognition will allow criminals to have nowhere to hide. This device not only supports facial recognition but also an NFC module for mobile identity verification.

At this achievement exhibition, Zhiye launched a card-type law enforcement recorder for police departments, which became a highlight of the exhibition. Prosecutors, courts, and comprehensive management offices tried it on repeatedly. In 2017, the State Council's Office of Legal Affairs issued a pilot program for three administrative law enforcement systems, clearly requiring "public disclosure of law enforcement" and "recording of the entire law enforcement process" during law enforcement. The W2 (card-type law enforcement recorder), the first ultra-thin and lightweight product in the industry, integrates law enforcement disclosure and law enforcement recording, truly achieving two-in-one. Weighing only 75g, the card-type law enforcement recorder is lightweight and portable, leading the industry.

The 2018 National Symposium on the Intelligent Construction of the Political and Legal System was also held on-site. Xiao Yishun, president of the China Drug Rehabilitation Association, attended the meeting. Zhang Ya, editor-in-chief of the Legal Daily, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhou Bingjian, deputy editor-in-chief of the Legal Daily, and Zhang Guoqing, deputy editor-in-chief, presided over the opening ceremonies of the symposium and exhibition respectively. Han Henglin, former head of the Discipline Inspection Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed in the Ministry of Justice, former member of the Party Leadership Group of the Ministry of Justice, and president of the China Prison Administration Association, and Li Jingwu, director of the Information Center of the Ministry of Justice, attended the symposium and delivered speeches.

After a month of case collection, online voting, and expert review, Zhiye Electronics' intelligent law enforcement recorder and single-soldier solution won the Top Ten Solution Providers for the National Political and Legal System Intelligent Construction.

During the exhibition, Zhiye Electronics was invited to give a special speech on "Intelligent Policing." Li Shoulu, general manager of the second sales department of Zhiye, delivered a speech titled "Intelligent Law Enforcement Ecosystem under Big Data Thinking." The leaders and police officers present showed great interest in the intelligent facial recognition law enforcement recorder. In the Q&A session, Zhiye's facial recognition law enforcement recorder brought more imagination to "Intelligent Policing," making on-site law enforcement by frontline police officers more efficient, faster, and smarter.

After the special speech, Zhiye Electronics went to the live broadcast room on-site and interacted live with the audience, showcasing Zhiye's diversified law enforcement products and innovative concepts. Zhiye Electronics' concept of "innovator and leader in the law enforcement recorder industry" has become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

In the future, Zhiye Electronics will continue to increase investment in product research and development, deeply integrate the series of problems encountered in frontline law enforcement, and deepen the integration of intelligent courts, intelligent procuratorial work, intelligent public security, and intelligent legal services. By utilizing internet thinking to serve the predictability, accuracy, and efficiency of political and legal work, Zhiye Electronics will make greater contributions to political and legal work.

Industry Watch | From Post-Event Evidence Collection to Proactive Intelligent Prevention: AI-Powered Body-Worn Cameras and Smart Safety Helmets Usher in a New Era

With the formal inclusion of full‑process recording in administrative law enforcement as a statutory requirement and the continued strengthening of workplace safety regulatory policies, 5G–AI body‑worn cameras and smart safety helmets—key visual‑perception terminals on the front lines—are rapidly gaining traction across sectors such as public security, urban management, market regulation, construction, power, mining, chemical industries, and emergency response. The industry is accelerating its transformation from “simple recording tools” to “intelligent sensing nodes,” with hardware capabilities, AI algorithms, and integrated platform solutions emerging as the core drivers of competitive advantage.

Don’t let trust be defeated by some vague, unclear detail.

A family member’s questioning triggered by a single nursing procedure, an unclear incident involving a child’s bump, conflicting accounts regarding a counter-service transaction, or the frustration of “no resolution after a home repair visit”... Misunderstandings and disputes in the service process often arise because details cannot be reconstructed and the sequence of events remains untraceable. Service staff find themselves unable to defend their actions, while service recipients harbor lingering doubts, leading to a gradual erosion of trust amid ambiguity.

Zhiye Smart Safety Helmet: Robust Protection, Intelligent Safeguarding

Morning light filters through layers of foliage as a little squirrel darts through the dense forest, conducting its rounds. Scaling hills and threading through thick woods, it must both identify potential hazards and confront the myriad unknown risks inherent in fieldwork. In vast, complex woodland areas, the ability to swiftly detect emerging dangers and promptly relay on‑site information is a major challenge for outdoor inspection operations. The Zhiye smart safety helmet, combining robust physical protection with all‑round intelligent safeguards, has become a dependable partner for safe inspections.

Lightweight Smart Service Recorder | Long-lasting battery life, precise positioning—suitable for both government and enterprise use.

Today, service industries such as housekeeping, elderly care, childcare tutoring, and banking finance commonly face persistent challenges: opaque service processes, unclear delineation of rights and responsibilities, difficulties in post‑service traceability, and gaps in regulatory oversight—issues that can easily give rise to medical‑patient disputes, service‑related conflicts, and compliance risks. To address these industry‑wide pain points and comprehensively standardize offline service workflows while safeguarding the rights and interests of both providers and consumers, a multifunctional smart service recorder has emerged. With three core advantages—high‑definition recording, precise positioning, and ultra‑long battery life—it is designed to meet the diverse needs of multiple service sectors, ensuring that every interaction is thoroughly documented and fully traceable.

Stop treating a hard hat merely as a “drop‑proof helmet”—it has long since evolved into a mobile safety workstation.

At the inspection site, inspector “Little Squirrel” was checking the operating status of equipment when he accidentally brushed against a junction box, causing the surrounding lights to go out instantly—a sudden power outage that plunged the entire work area into darkness. With no handheld flashlight and high-voltage equipment nearby, every second of obscured vision posed risks of missteps, collisions, or operator error. Just then, he raised his hand and lightly tapped the button on the front of his safety helmet, and a beam of bright light shot forth from the brim, steadily illuminating the path beneath his feet and the equipment panel before him. This isn’t a scene from a movie—it’s a real‑world scenario that can unfold during power‑grid maintenance, tunnel inspections, or nighttime construction‑site patrols. And that “light‑emitting safety helmet” is none other than the Zhiye Smart Safety Helmet.
