The 8th China (Beijing) International Police Equipment and Counter-Terrorism Technology Exhibition and Academic Seminar 2019 opened in Beijing. This exhibition brought together leading companies and institutions from over ten countries and regions, including China, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, South Korea, and Japan, in the fields of police equipment, emergency rescue equipment, and counter-terrorism equipment. The exhibition area covered 30,000 square meters. Zhiye's booth was located at A001, the first booth in the entire hall. In line with the development trend of 4G law enforcement recorders, Zhiye Electronics showcased its 4G law enforcement recorder visualization dispatch terminal, facial recognition law enforcement recorder, H265 high-performance law enforcement recorder, and drone detection and strike/anti-drone systems, all developed with significant R&D investment. The new law enforcement recorder products were launched with a distinctive "blue eye" design. The "blue eye" represents not only an upgrade in product image but also an upgrade in Zhiye's quality and technology. Zhiye's "blue eye" series products feature a more distinctive appearance, allowing customers to easily identify the Zhiye brand. The new law enforcement recorder products achieve an H265 compression ratio, increasing video storage by 50% compared to ordinary law enforcement recorders. With the same video quality, they occupy less storage space. The products also boast an ultra-wide-angle lens with video distortion of less than 10%, significantly outperforming similar products in terms of cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness. Zhiye's law enforcement recorder products received significant attention from leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, provincial and municipal public security bureaus, industry associations, and colleagues. Zhiye's facial recognition law enforcement recorder not only features high-definition 1080P audio and video with real-time 4G communication but also enables automatic entry into the facial recognition database, remote automatic access and identification, achieving practical-level facial recognition accuracy. Improvements have also been made to boot time, dual GPS/Beidou positioning, and recording time. Working with Zhiye's 4G facial recognition visualization command and dispatch platform system, it enables remote dispatch and command, as well as audio/video and location sharing. It allows real-time viewing of the scene and, through the integration of various industry applications, achieves in-depth analysis of law enforcement data and supervision and assessment of law enforcement data. Features such as 4G on-site command, video dispatch, and real-time intercom make remote dispatch easy; remote group calls, three-camera meeting mode, and NFC identification make law enforcement patrols more intelligent, significantly improving the efficiency of frontline police officers. Zhiye also launched a series of drone countermeasure solutions at the exhibition. These solutions not only provide drone countermeasures but also enable long-range drone detection, early warning, and strike capabilities, identifying drone models, distances, and frequency bands. Zhiye Electronics' drone prevention system detects and counteracts drones, integrating detection and strike capabilities. Through drone detection and interference countermeasures, it provides comprehensive control over the entire process of detecting, locating, tracking, warning, and counteracting unauthorized drones, enabling intelligent and standardized management of drones and strengthening public security's effective supervision of low-altitude airspace. The new round of technological revolution, represented by big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, is triggering disruptive changes that transcend history and create the future. With these new opportunities, Zhiye Electronics' 4G facial recognition law enforcement recorder and drone detection and strike system will inevitably enter the new era of smart policing. By providing the most professional audio-visual solutions, Zhiye creates value for customers, adds harmony to society, strengthens national security, and becomes the most trustworthy overall solution provider in the audio-visual field, providing the most professional audio-visual protection for law enforcement justice and social stability.

Industry Watch | From Post-Event Evidence Collection to Proactive Intelligent Prevention: AI-Powered Body-Worn Cameras and Smart Safety Helmets Usher in a New Era

With the formal inclusion of full‑process recording in administrative law enforcement as a statutory requirement and the continued strengthening of workplace safety regulatory policies, 5G–AI body‑worn cameras and smart safety helmets—key visual‑perception terminals on the front lines—are rapidly gaining traction across sectors such as public security, urban management, market regulation, construction, power, mining, chemical industries, and emergency response. The industry is accelerating its transformation from “simple recording tools” to “intelligent sensing nodes,” with hardware capabilities, AI algorithms, and integrated platform solutions emerging as the core drivers of competitive advantage.

Don’t let trust be defeated by some vague, unclear detail.

A family member’s questioning triggered by a single nursing procedure, an unclear incident involving a child’s bump, conflicting accounts regarding a counter-service transaction, or the frustration of “no resolution after a home repair visit”... Misunderstandings and disputes in the service process often arise because details cannot be reconstructed and the sequence of events remains untraceable. Service staff find themselves unable to defend their actions, while service recipients harbor lingering doubts, leading to a gradual erosion of trust amid ambiguity.

Zhiye Smart Safety Helmet: Robust Protection, Intelligent Safeguarding

Morning light filters through layers of foliage as a little squirrel darts through the dense forest, conducting its rounds. Scaling hills and threading through thick woods, it must both identify potential hazards and confront the myriad unknown risks inherent in fieldwork. In vast, complex woodland areas, the ability to swiftly detect emerging dangers and promptly relay on‑site information is a major challenge for outdoor inspection operations. The Zhiye smart safety helmet, combining robust physical protection with all‑round intelligent safeguards, has become a dependable partner for safe inspections.

Lightweight Smart Service Recorder | Long-lasting battery life, precise positioning—suitable for both government and enterprise use.

Today, service industries such as housekeeping, elderly care, childcare tutoring, and banking finance commonly face persistent challenges: opaque service processes, unclear delineation of rights and responsibilities, difficulties in post‑service traceability, and gaps in regulatory oversight—issues that can easily give rise to medical‑patient disputes, service‑related conflicts, and compliance risks. To address these industry‑wide pain points and comprehensively standardize offline service workflows while safeguarding the rights and interests of both providers and consumers, a multifunctional smart service recorder has emerged. With three core advantages—high‑definition recording, precise positioning, and ultra‑long battery life—it is designed to meet the diverse needs of multiple service sectors, ensuring that every interaction is thoroughly documented and fully traceable.

Stop treating a hard hat merely as a “drop‑proof helmet”—it has long since evolved into a mobile safety workstation.

At the inspection site, inspector “Little Squirrel” was checking the operating status of equipment when he accidentally brushed against a junction box, causing the surrounding lights to go out instantly—a sudden power outage that plunged the entire work area into darkness. With no handheld flashlight and high-voltage equipment nearby, every second of obscured vision posed risks of missteps, collisions, or operator error. Just then, he raised his hand and lightly tapped the button on the front of his safety helmet, and a beam of bright light shot forth from the brim, steadily illuminating the path beneath his feet and the equipment panel before him. This isn’t a scene from a movie—it’s a real‑world scenario that can unfold during power‑grid maintenance, tunnel inspections, or nighttime construction‑site patrols. And that “light‑emitting safety helmet” is none other than the Zhiye Smart Safety Helmet.
