The environmental monitoring and law enforcement detachment will equip environmental monitoring and law enforcement personnel with on-site law enforcement recorders. Environmental monitoring data, as the lifeline of environmental monitoring work, is the basic basis for implementing environmental management and decision-making, and must be true and accurate. Work must be carried out in strict accordance with monitoring standards, various interferences must be eliminated, and all types of monitoring data must be reported on time. Falsification is prohibited. A pollution source database should be established to achieve data sharing of pollution source monitoring, ensuring the scientific nature of monitoring and the accuracy of data, providing accurate and reliable basic data for key environmental management tasks such as environmental and urban pollution supervision, and creating a model for continuous improvement. The detection requirements stipulate that all law enforcement personnel in major detachments must correctly use and operate on-site law enforcement recorders, especially during on-site law enforcement, ensuring the full use of law enforcement recorders throughout the process to ensure standardized and clean law enforcement.
