It is understood that Handan Branch has equipped a total of 56 such recorders, 53 of which are used for vehicle insurance on-site investigations and 3 for non-vehicle insurance on-site investigations. To standardize their use, the claims center has formulated the "Enforcement Recorder Use Management and Assessment Measures," requiring users to conduct full-process audio and video recording of all cases investigated and assessed during the execution of claims work tasks. They must follow the "daily download, weekly report, monthly audit" work system to ensure the recorders are used as stipulated, regularly reporting usage status and implementing rewards and punishments based on the assessment measures.
After a trial run, the use of enforcement recorders has shown significant results. On the one hand, it has supervised the service quality of investigation personnel and improved customer satisfaction with claims. On the other hand, the captured image data provides evidentiary support for subsequent investigations, deterring malicious fraudulent claims behavior and effectively protecting the company's rights and interests.
The claims center stated that it will strictly regulate the use of enforcement recorders to ensure their effective use. The next step will be to gradually expand their use to loss-adjusting personnel.
